About the upcoming Electrical Maintenance.

Under the builders contract, the electrical contractor is required to complete RCD (residual current devices) testing of the electrical switchboards in residents’ apartments.

Building Management is requesting residents to book a time slot that a contractor can attend to complete the required maintenance.

The contactors have agree to continue testing for another week, this will occur starting Monday, April 7th until Friday, 11th April. If you have had your RCDs tested once, please do not book again

1) Electricians need to access your apartment switchboard to complete these tests under the defect liability contract. Please book in a day and time that you will be available to let the electricians into your apartment.

2) Common area RCDs will also be tested during April; we will endeavour to schedule common area tests to minimise the impact on resident use of common areas.

3) Emergency lighting is also being tested throughout the complex. Zones will each be affected for 90 minutes to complete the tests.

This is the last test of the RCDs to occur under the DLP
