Amenity Reservations
Amenities Bookings Policy:
The purpose of this policy is to provide all residents with an equal opportunity to book common area amenities. Bookings can be made directly through Stratafy or the Grove website. The Building Managers will monitor, coordinate, and arrange signage once booking is confirmed. The applicant (occupant of unit) must read and understand the By-Laws and House Rules regarding the use of private residential amenities.
Bookings must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the proposed booking time.
Please ensure that booking approval is confirmed prior to utilising the amenity area.
Residents are not permitted to make consecutive bookings of the same amenity area in one day.
Residents cannot book multiple nearby areas at the same time i.e. If booking a Cabana, residents cannot book the other cabana, poolside dining, or the poolside BBQ during the same timeslot.
Applicants are responsible for cleaning the area after use and will be held responsible for any damage caused to common property.
Sunset Dining reservations on Wednesdays and Saturdays are restricted to lots with ‘Rooftop Exclusive Use’’ (Platinum) in accordance with the scheme’s by-laws.
This policy is subject to change at the discretion of the strata company.
