The 3 Hour Move-in booking time is suitable for most apartments to unload all goods and deliver to the designated apartment. Larger apartments and Penthouse may require some extra time, please contact grove@fortststone.com.au should need assistance.

You actually do not need a booking for deliveries, you just meet the delivery driver in your lobby and direct them to the padded lift and wait for a free spot to go up to your apartment as there as will be a move-in likely taking place. If you are having an extra large item delivered eg. Piano you will need to advise Fortstone via email prior to ensure this can be facilitated.

The car park has a licence plate recognition system that will read licence plates and open the main gate and roller doors as long as they are registered to the your apartment.
Main gate and roller doors can also be opened using the intercom app, a physical fob or the Mobile Key app.

Intercom system will need to be run through a smartphone or tablet and there is no wall mounted intercom device. Please refer to you resident handbook for detailed setup and usage instructions.

You will need to register with the Ground Floor Parcel Locker system. Instructions for this are located on posters at the lockers. Deliveries requiring signatures cannot be used in the lockers and must be signed by the resident.
